Terms & Conditions
- Day accommodation starts at 14.00 and ends at 12.00. For special cases, these time slots can be modified on request. For check-in after 9 pm an additional fee of 5 euros is charged.
- Customers are required to submit personal identity documents.
- No more than 3 people for studios or 4 people for the 2 rooms apartments
- Company does not permit renting apartments for less then 1 day and no subletting it to others.
- No animals are allowed access
- Customers are required to maintain the integrity property of studio equipment, as its inventory. Otherwise there will be a charge for the value of goods missing or damaged, both voluntarily and negligently.
- Customers are required to keep silence in the building.
- Company reserves the right to access the apartments in case of force majeure, even without customers.
- Company is not responsible of loss or theft of money or personal items of customers.
- When cancelling a booking, there will be a fee equivalent with one day fee
- If the anticipated release of studio, will return the value corresponding period, less the value of a night. Discounts will be recalculated.
- Extending the period of stay is possible to limit the available rooms. In this case, we will provide appropriate sales total period of accommodation.
- Prices do not include VAT of 9% and local taxes.
- Company reserves the right to select customers.
- Customers are required NOT to conduct activities prohibited by laws in the apartments.
